During the school year, AHS Natural Sciences team is spreading knowledge to our students – that’s obvious. But sometimes teachers and students want something more… And this is where the origins of the Physics Outreach Activity came from!
On 8th of June, Dr Giovanni Peralta and two students – Ziheng H and Yunsik K – visited a nearby Piccolo Leonardo kindergarten with a science show. The audience of pre-schoolers was delighted when the AHS team explained how a rocket was going into space. And a final explosive experiment was met with great enjoyment.

As Dr Peralta said: “We could experience first-hand the contagious enthusiasm of children towards natural phenomena, and this is the best reward we could get back from them.”
