Akademeia Seminars: Anna Alboth visiting AHS

Akademeia Seminars: Anna Alboth visiting AHS

It was our pleasure to launch this September the new series of Akademeia Seminars. The idea behind this initiative is to create a space where the most important social issues can be discussed with experts in the field. The leading topic for the Term 1 seminars is human rights.

All interested AHS students, parents, and faculty members are invited to join us for the second seminar in the series, this time our guest speaker will be Ms Anna Alboth, a Polish activist, journalist, blogger and media officer at Minority Rights Group.

Ms Alboth has initiated dozens of social campaigns: from gathering sleeping bags for those in need in Berlin, up to Civil March For Aleppo, from Berlin to Syrian border, that was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2018.
