“Najlepszy – Gdy słabość staje się siłą” is the latest film by Łukasz Palkowski, a director of a hit film “Bogowie” (“Gods”).
One more time the director reached for a biography of an extraordinary person – Jerzy Górski – a man who proved that true heroes do not fear falls and are able to raise from the lowest of bottoms.
It is a fascinating story, full of deadly effort, spectacular falls and exceptional strength, about an extraordinary, more than 14-year-long struggle with addition from drugs, alcohol and cigarettes. Thanks to therapy and practising sports the main character has risen from a fall and became a world champion in Double Ironman.
The sportsman has finished a deadly run and has set a triathlon record in the world championships, winning the title of a champion on Double Ironman distance with a time of 24h:47min:46sec.
