Following the Polish government’s decision to close schools to limit the spread of the coronavirus, from March 12 our school is closed until further notice, and all classes take place online. Staying fit is particularly important during this difficult period, it helps to keep the body and mind in good shape. How to do it without leaving home?
Our coaches from the Sports Department – Edyta Czerwonka and Maciej Domoradzki – have prepared a few simple exercises that everyone can do in their room without the use of any special equipment. All you need is self-motivation. We recommend it to everyone, not just our students and teachers!
