Mentoring

Measuring a student’s abilities using our tailored methodology continues throughout a student’s career at Akademeia High School.

We consistently respond to our students’ growing educational needs, ensuring they maximise their potential through wise iGCSE and A Level subject choices, and through ambitious and appropriate university applications.

At Akademeia High School each student is accompanied on his or her educational journey by a mentor. Our mentors support their students’ learning, inspire and guide their individual pursuits, and advise on their academic choices, both at subject level for iGCSE and A Level, and throughout the university application process.

Mentors lead their students to ask and answer vital questions about themselves, helping them to make informed, life-shaping decisions. This process is naturally conducted in close association with a student’s parents, to ensure a constructive and fruitful dialogue that will create the framework to help each student flourish.
