It was great to see all students and teachers, new and returning, back on campus on Monday, August 30th.
Dr Karolina Watras, Headmaster of AHS, while opening the new academic year commented on the growth of the school and its community. She said: “In September 2016, we were launching this unique educational project with 10 students and 15 teachers in Plac Trzech Krzyży. We had a vision to create an educational environment that would truly nurture academic as well as personal growth of each individual student. Five years on, we start the school year with over 270 students, over 60 teachers, and over 20 wellbeing and support staff – a thriving international community. This tremendous growth is a testament to the strength of that vision as well as its execution.”
We wish all of our students, parents, teachers and staff an exciting and fruitful academic year ahead!
