Mentors lead their students to ask and answer vital questions about themselves, helping them to make informed, life-shaping decisions. This process is naturally conducted in close association with a student’s parents, to ensure a constructive and fruitful dialogue that will create the framework to help each student flourish.

A mentor is a friendly adult who listens to the student and skilfully asks them appropriate questions so that the student can better understand their own aspirations, needs, and dreams. A mentor inspires the student but also challenges them, nourishing and accompanying their development. It is impossible to flourish academically without knowing one’s strengths and weaknesses, so the mentor’s role is to help students make the best use of their skills.
