Pre-A is a one-year preparatory programme that develops students’ analytical and critical thinking skills within areas of interest and with the view of further study at A Level.
The programme enables our students to explore various disciplines before choosing their A Level subjects and is the ideal entrance point for those transferring from other high schools without going back a year.
The curriculum consists of five core subjects and two academic pathways.

The University and Careers Preparation Programme incorporates an annual Careers Day, talks from alumni at the Insiders’ Stories conference, and visits to workplaces to give students a glimpse of the professional world and build towards university applications.
Personal Development Scheme is an integral part of the Fifth Form Curriculum. It emphasizes transferrable skills development, and provides the space for self-discovery and self-reflectivity through a great breadth of pastoral and wellbeing workshops as well as group projects. An exciting range of cocurricular of Clubs and Elective Courses further allows our students to immerse themselves in multitude of activities and stretch themselves further beyond academics.
